Being a developer myself, I’d say UI is smooth and performant. It’s simple and easy to use. As a user, I feel forced to use this, which in fact is the result of user friendliness. Rates are not bad. One advantage is it doesn’t check the exact name on international bank accounts, because people can have different account names in different countries depending on their national identity, and the only things that matter are the credentials like IFSC and Account number in India for example which is handled very well, thanks. Transfer times are overall good, no complaints. But for previous successful history, the times can be bit more shorter(not bad though currently). Overall it’s a good one. Customer support when I wanted for a couple of transactions was excellent, though email worked better than the chat in the app(which too quite a while to assign an agent, can be faster for people who prefer instant replies). Kudos to dev and ops and team.
