Vance overall
Being a developer myself, I’d say UI is smooth and performant. It’s simple and easy to use. As a user, I feel forced to use this, which in fact is the result of user friendliness. Rates are not bad. One advantage is it doesn’t check the exact name on international bank accounts, because people can have different account names in different countries depending on their national identity, and the only things that matter are the credentials like IFSC and Account number in India for example which is handled very well, thanks. Transfer times are overall good, no complaints. But for previous successful history, the times can be bit more shorter(not bad though currently). Overall it’s a good one. Customer support when I wanted for a couple of transactions was excellent, though email worked better than the chat in the app(which too quite a while to assign an agent, can be faster for people who prefer instant replies). Kudos to dev and ops and team.
Pathetic service
Higher transaction amt takes ages in Vance & the so called customer service via chat and email is just for the name sake I suppose. No one is alive out there. I have sent 1000£ two days back and still it hasn’t reached my recipient in India and there is no any other ways other than chat or email to get in touch for help but no one responds. Vance sorry perhaps I am one amongst your first and highest users but if I am treated like this then I don’t know about other new users. New users all the best but I am so fed up now and one my 1k £ transaction is settled with Vance then I am going to uninstall it. Vance- Invest on customer support if you want to grow bigger else all the best and yeah please clear my transaction at the earliest. Another few hours it will be 48 hrs. Regretting that I chose you guys over world remitly which I used to use before. Gonna go back to them now. All the best! CLEAR MY TRANSACTION ASAP ELSE REFUND 🙏🏻
