Was let down by updated version 3
I had this app for three years and it helped me keep track of my peak flow readings but upon getting an updated version 6 months data was lost. I asked for help and was promised they would have a look but no reply back to say sorry can’t find your data. Disappointed because I have to see my consultant in two days and have to say sorry my data was lost. Very disappointed and if the data is important to you don’t bother to use this app as the customer support stinks they even tried to blame it on Apple for updating the version.
App crashed on day 2 - rubbish
Day1
Positive: relatively easy to set up, some abbreviations in the set up page that I had to google as I had no idea what they were. App has reminders and a graph so you can easily see your peak flow record.
Negative: One downside is that I couldn’t find a way to alter the preset red, amber and green settings on Action Plan to what my actual action plan is.
Day 2
Positive: reminder to take preventer worked as expected. Easy to record that is taken it and my peak flow.
Negative: The band across the bottom of the screen which allows you to move from one section to another has disappeared so whilst I can enter data I cannot review it or more importantly, since my PF was in amber this morning, I cannot see my rescue plan.
(tldr) APP DELETED - NOT RECOMMENDED
