Great apps
I hope to see updates, I have all your apps and all are amazing
lucid dreaming
first time using this app and it didn't disappoint. I laid down with the intention of getting an hours sleep. I set the app to one of the lucid dream settings with background rain and I was fast asleep in 5 minutes.
I was woken by a flatmate knockin on my door and it took a few minutes for me to be fully conscious of my surroundings but I can remember almost every detail of one of the most lucid dreams I've had in a long time, which lasted around 2 hours in real time.
Great App
I decided to update to another app by the same producer of Binaural Beats, which I have been using for some time with mixed results. My only complaint (as with the previous app) is that the ocean wave sound goes from left ear to right ear as each wave 'flows in and out again'. I find this very distracting when in real life the sound of waves on a shore come in towards you and recede away from you. I was hoping it was going to be 'fixed' in this version but sadly was not. Please upgrade guys👍
However, I really like the Forrest sounds and often drift off with the sounds of the birds twittering gently in my ears. The repeat is almost indistinguishable.
My experience with these apps have had some results and I can honestly state that I have had more lucid dreams and some psychic experiences through their use. I will report back to these pages on how I do with this app later on, on the whole so far the Astral 1 sounds was very soothing and 'put' me in a nice place. The Lucid 1 track over stimulated my mind a little too much, to the point that it took me 4 hrs to get to sleep after. I put this down to the change from Binaural Beats so I will give it a few more tries and see if I settle in better the more I try. I gave this app 4 out of 5 in the interim because I need to spend more time with it and in my opinion, nothing is ever that good that it can't be proved upon 😋
