First experience of an e-wallet
Fairly easy to use, and fairly intuitive
Fan Corner could be better, lower teams do not show badge or emblem.
Football game information could be better presented
Account blocked
Signed up for this and after a few days my card suddenly started to be declined. I then tried to log in only to see a notice that my account had been blocked. I was then unable to log in or access my money for well over a month, before finally receiving an email saying my account would be activated for 4 days to enable me to withdraw my funds before then becoming blocked again. Although I did eventually get my money back the whole experience was stressful and bizarre - at one point I contacted support and a customer support agent replied in an entirely different language that I had to use Google Translate to translate! If you’re in the UK and thinking of giving AstroPay a try… DON’T!
Was good until there was a problem
My bank didn’t appear like it was transferring money so I tried several times, then cancelled the transactions on AstroPay. My bank has transferred the money but it is now missing and AstroPay customer services are never there and then eventually ask for info then say they’ve got the into and then send further emails asking for the information they say they already have and are now longer replying at all - it’s a nightmare! My money is missing my bank say only AstroPay can help. If feel like I will never see my money again I feel sick.
