On weather.com for my area at this point shows 1019.3, on weather met tells me 1020, where your app gives me a reading of 1012.6
Not sure if the accuracy of iPhone sensor is good or not

Application show pressure on your's current level.
I living at 21 on the ground floor, in my apartment pressure 990 when on the ground floor ~999 hPa
