Overall the app is really good and super simple. Buying crypto, moving it between wallets etc is all really easy. The one thing it falls short on is the trading, if you want to exchange one crypto for another it only gives you the option to send all of it which is fine for small amounts but when you start putting a decent amount of money into it isnt ideal. A lot of other wallets give you the option to exchange the minimum amount allowed for exchange, half of what you have and all of that specific coin or token. If they could add this feature I would call this app perfect.

Hi Mikey! Thank you for your positive review! The exchange function we support is powered by our partner ChangeNow. They have minimum amounts for the exchange and the function to send all. You choose in what way you want to exchange your crypto. -KA

Edit: RE developer response below. Please see the response to my review and you’ll see it as it is. I notice there is no confirmation that they’ll be in touch to help secure my funds, a mere “wait and see”. Pitiful lack of effort.

Been trying to get my coins out for over 24hrs now and it’s still sat at pending. Be warned before using this wallet. You’ll have to deposit ETH to withdraw any coins to another wallet. If you buy ETH through atomic wallet, the minimum spend will be £43 (About £25-£30 MORE than is actually required to make the transaction). If you’re planning on buying ETH to transfer coins to another wallet, transfer the BARE minimum or this will then be “stuck” too. It’s advertised as this glorious multi coin wallet. Whilst it might support many coins and tokens, it’s certainly not GLORIOUS by any means. Customer support is also an absolute JOKE. They claim they offer a free claim to ETH to make a transaction, presumably only tour first transaction, only custom services respond by saying they’ve had too many requests. Any attempt to reach out about my funds has been met with “we may not reply for 96+ hours”. I’ve sent a transaction of my AWC to another wallet and yet it’s sat at pending. I have been given a TX Hash that is still unrecognisable by ether scan and customer support are not helping. AVOID.

Hi there! We are sincerely sorry for this issue with the support. Our Support Team is heavily overloaded at the moment and reply time is increased. Each transaction demands a network fee. It will be paid in the coin your token is based on. For example, LINK is an ETH based token, so the commission will be in ETH. That is the rule of blockchain, not our. Atomic Wallet doesn`t take anything for sending, receiving, staking, unstaking and claiming, these are network fees paid to miners. The fees for buying crypto are partly determined by our partner Simplex, but also by the fee from your issuing bank. That fee can be quite high because crypto operations are seen as high-risk operations by most of the banks. -KA

Very usefully wallet and fast respond and many issues to resolve,where is transaction done is take enormous time for se the balance and is no show the real balance ,for ex. Just turn on my pc atomic wallet on the same time run in my mobile and the balance are different. Every time I want swapping inside the app it’s show me the minimum for swap where other apps I not gone said what one but on the other app is no minimum and is not charging you like in this one . Support is working like the want after midnight they not even answer to help you . Is very nice app but have to do some maintenance and release the issue with speed of even exchange . I was checking the last exchange from algorand to ether and I was waiting over a half night for result to see my new balance , well guys you have to do something with that crap speed

Hi there! Atomic is a non-custodial wallet. We are not able to convert the crypto dust as centralized exchanges do. We plan to make an error notice to prevent leaving small amount when sending.
