Well hello there. Welcome to a new type of hypnosis and meditation app. You see, we're a little different from the other guys. Our hybrid meditation and hypnosis programs are designed specifically for relaxation, deep sleep, AND motivation for creating lasting, positive change. That's right. Learn how to use the Law of Attraction and manifest your goals while creating habits for success.

We combine mindfulness and NLP techniques that work with your subconscious whether you're awake or asleep. And our unique scripts are written in-house with thorough research and care to back them. We care about your wellness and helping you to create motivation and positive thinking. Your happiness is our goal.

While you're here, check out our brand new look. Our new user-friendly design allows you to create, edit, and delete playlists and customize your session in a whole new way.

Absolutely amazing - I have downloaded 4 of the courses available and they are very effective. Best one is the sleep course; after years of insomnia and various attempts to resolve the problem I can finally fall and stay asleep after only a week of playing the recording back when in bed. Incredible!

I love this app

It helps me sleep and is a great all round positivity enhancer. I have been using this every night for a few weeks and have definitely noticed a difference in my attitude and self esteem, as well as my quality of sleep. Rachel has a good, relaxing voice that is easy to listen to.
