Auction Sniper 12+

Auction Sniper is incredibly useful in E-Bay Auctions.
First, you don’t drive the price up by bidding early and un-necessarily.
Second, AS keeps a record of your bidding, won and lost. So you can see the overall cost of current items if you won them all, you can juggle bidding to buy “either / or” , saving yourself the risk of landing on “and / and” instead, and you can easily find losing bids and look to see if other similar items are undervalued, or mis-described.
Thirdly, your actual bid is made in the closing seconds of the auction. If your top figure is higher than the current bidder you will win - never mind that another bidder would like to offer more!
All in all it is incredibly useful and costs a very small percentage only of successes. Highly recommended, as long as you don’t want to buy what I want …. ;-)

Once you learn to navigate Sniper it works well - i’ve had some really good results but occasionally made a stupid mistake wit the incremental bidding which has lent i’ve
ended paying more than I thought for
something BIG and ended up communicating with the seller . This hasn’t been Auctionsnipers fault at all just my enthusiasm and lack of understanding .
Overall if i’m in doubt or lurking to
get into a bidding war and revert to this app, and have done well , but lost a few sadly either through not actually being logged in or bring the under bidder - but that just life .

I had set up a high snipe on an item I initially really wanted. However, further research led me to believe that the seller wasn’t being entirely honest in their description; the item wasn’t the rare first edition antique they were claiming, but a slightly later edition. Whilst the listing was still rare and desirable, its monetary value was considerably less than my snipe. I tried cancelling my snipe on the app, in part because I was still waiting on withheld information by the seller and didn’t really trust them, but also because I was hoping we might be able to negotiate a much more reasonable price after I’d supplied evidence of their erroneous identification. Every time it displayed an error message. I kept trying and trying, but there wasn’t a long time left on the auction, and it ultimately placed the snipe despite me refreshing the app and opting to cancel the bid over and over again.

My WiFi was working perfectly and quickly. The problem was with the app itself. I will be wary of using it again.
