Audi connect plug and play 4+

I had the Audi Connect Plug and Play device installed in my new Audi TT. The App easily connected by Bluetooth with the device and I have been using it over the past few days. It is an excellent device providing me with good information on my driving and fuel records. I love the journey monitoring and how to find my car…..not that I would really lose my pride and joy. I previously left a review to say that after struggling with v3.1.3 for a few weeks due to constantly disconnecting and not recording some or all of a journey, I had managed to sort it out after removing the Bluetooth pairing in iOS, removing the data plug from the app, backing up my data, deleting the app from my phone, reinstalling it again, restoring my data and reconnecting the data plug. After doing that, everything has been working faultlessly for months until installing v3.2.1 on 21 Jul 2023. Since that time the connectivity issues have returned. Unfortunately, following all the steps I outline above hasn’t resolved the issues this time, with the app continuing to either not record a journey at all or only part of it, for instance only the first 12 miles of a 67 mile journey this evening ( 27 Jul ). STOP asking people to contact you in the event of issues. SIMPLY LOOK AT ALL THE SAME NEGATIVE REVIEWS YOU’VE BEEN RECEIVING ON HERE FOR MONTHS AND TEST YOUR SOFTWARE OUT PROPERLY BEFORE RELEASING IT TO YOUR FRUSTRATED USERS. I have no intention of contacting you, so please don’t ask me to. Just sort these issues out once and for all and for you to claim on this release that it improves performance and stability is a joke, because this release has done the complete opposite of improving stability !! The app is a joke !!

What has happened to this app…. Seem to regularly be logged out of it and to access again I have to go through the set up of the app, including syncing history which takes several attempts as it says there is an unstable connection, despite uploading at home on a stable wifi connection. Support previously advised to delete app and reinstall but it makes no difference. Latest install and upload of data was last night but this morning I’m logged out again. Support - Advice to others is to log any issues on the app… How, when you can’t log in and the contact support on the Apple Store just goes to a generic page. This may be older technology but my car is only a year old and should work! There are so many people on here complaining and a generic response isn’t good enough. Please sort this out
