Using the service requires the Audi connect plug and play app as well as an Audi DataPlug, which can be obtained from your Audi partner and connected easily with your vehicle.

After 2 Years Journeys now working 3.3.2 :-)

For the last two weeks with version 3.3.2 all journeys are now recorded, for 2 years practically all were stopped within a mile or so of starting - see previous review below. I’ve not changed anything so it must have been the software - PLEASE DON’T BREAK IT ! Last Review - September 2022 It used to be great, now fails on every journey… I really don’t understand, I had this for almost a year and everything worked. Now since March time almost every journey fails to be recorded :-( … either there’s no record of a trip, or it stops within minutes or it draws a straight line on the map from start to finish. There’s nothing wrong with my iPhone as Waze and Google Maps work fine on the same journeys. I’ve fed this back many times via App reviews and support and get nowhere. Like many, many others it would seem. Why Audi, you’re better than this!

Audi Connect Plug and Play Data Plug

I had the Audi Connect Plug and Play device installed in my new Audi TT. The App easily connected by Bluetooth with the device and I have been using it over the past few days. It is an excellent device providing me with good information on my driving and fuel records. I love the journey monitoring and how to find my car…..not that I would really lose my pride and joy. Well done Audi. Vorsprung Durch Technik.

Awful!

What has happened to this app…. Seem to regularly be logged out of it and to access again I have to go through the set up of the app, including syncing history which takes several attempts as it says there is an unstable connection, despite uploading at home on a stable wifi connection. Support previously advised to delete app and reinstall but it makes no difference. Latest install and upload of data was last night but this morning I’m logged out again. Support - Advice to others is to log any issues on the app… How, when you can’t log in and the contact support on the Apple Store just goes to a generic page. This may be older technology but my car is only a year old and should work! There are so many people on here complaining and a generic response isn’t good enough. Please sort this out
