Great to show your journey route plus other info

I’ve had this since it came out and have found it useful with the various metrics it holds about journeys and the car. For the last few months the route draw on the google map disappears when you stop zooming in and then permanently lost. Last update seems to have fixed it. I’ll update the rating depending on how it gets.The App is frequently updated which is typically good, however, sometimes it gets broken as other reviewers mention. Issues are fixed but it sometimes seems to take a while :-(

Potentially superb app let down by loose specification

This app has the makings of something really useful but is let down by what appears to be a very loose specification, with little detailed testing. Basic errors ruin useful features. For example:- Trip fuel cost calculations bear no resemblance to reality, sometimes showing £30 for a 10 mile journey. It is easy to calculate cost per mile from most recent refuelling details- When queuing for over 15 minutes and using the stop/start feature in my car the journey is assumed to be finished, even though it is less than half completed.Audi, you have superb cars but you need to invest in apps and their usefulness to keep pace with most other (including less premium) brands.

What has happened to this app…. Seem to regularly be logged out of it and to access again I have to go through the set up of the app, including syncing history which takes several attempts as it says there is an unstable connection, despite uploading at home on a stable wifi connection. Support previously advised to delete app and reinstall but it makes no difference. Latest install and upload of data was last night but this morning I’m logged out again. Support - Advice to others is to log any issues on the app… How, when you can’t log in and the contact support on the Apple Store just goes to a generic page. This may be older technology but my car is only a year old and should work! There are so many people on here complaining and a generic response isn’t good enough. Please sort this out

What has happened to this app…. Poor connection

I was quite pleased to hear this was being installed in my car but have found it very frustrating so far. The connection appears to be very poor with the result that it only correctly records about 20% of my trips. At the moment it’s showing as having recorded only the first 20 miles of a 150 mile trip and apparently my car is now parked in the middle of a main road over 100 miles away (it’s not - it’s 5 metres away on my drive). I always ensure the app is connected when I begin and end my trips but there’s no guarantee it’ll record what’s actually happened which I’m already finding extremely frustrating.
