Easy to use, plenty of options, stable.

Easy to use. Does what it should.
I had the free limited capability version for several months. Now I can convert several files in one go. It’s so simple to use. Drag in the files to be changed. Select a format and destination folder. Click ‘convert’. Hit ‘-‘ to remove files afterwards. (I suspect there’s a quicker way to empty the converter’s in-tray but I haven’t tried to find it yet).
mediocre at best, does the job well
Does the job, but it feels just like a reskinned movie converter. Major UI changes should be made to make it work better with a 'music' workflow. Ideally adding a feature to replace the original file in the destination options, which would save a ton of time if you have a lot of music to convert!
