Super handy for tracking parcels

My main use of this is for tracking the parcels I have delivered and for this it is great. It gives you notifications when the parcel is posted and when it’s due for delivery. Then if you know you aren’t going to be in, you can opt to re-direct it to places like the post office and it even tells you once it’s back at the post office and ready for collection.

Aus post is a failure

3 times Ive attempted to have a credit card sent to me in the UK twice the credit card companys mail never showed up, the third time I had it sent to my mum in Adelaide who added it to a parcel she sent on 25th Nov. It still has not been delivered as of 12/1 and it was sent express. Yet Ive had mail delivered from Japan non express sent on 20 dec and arrived in uk on 7 jan. Australia Post is the laughing stock of the world. An enquiry was made by mum about the parcel she sent and its been all excuses and no action. The last excuse was that it was in UK and they must be swamped with xmas mail, yet my parcel from Japan sent 2 days before mums parcel supposedly arrived in UK has been through customs and delivered. Royal mail is caught up with their deliveries so what excuse has Aus Post now? Other than employees stealing credit cards? If you’re sending parcels overseas use a courier Aus Post can’t deliver and is a complete failure 🤬

Good at the basics. Horrific when you actually need help.

Apostle was mismanaged by Australia Post but not through their fault. I was waiting for the parcel to be returned, but it took a month longer than it should’ve, and the only way to get the issue resolved. Was to use the online chat service as the weight for the online phone service was over an hour. it would be more useful if you had an emergency Help button on your app that allowed us to speak to an agent via text without going through your horrific automated system
