Description

The Ava COVID-RED app is intended for use only in the Netherlands by participants enrolled in the COVID-RED clinical trial. Additional access to the Ava COVID-RED app will be granted to researchers associated with the COVID-RED clinical study who live in the Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United States, and the United Kingdom for demo purposes only.

Participants of the COVID-RED clinical trial can monitor their health using the Ava bracelet. While you’re sleeping, the Ava bracelet tracks key health parameters associated with a potential COVID-19 infection. Ava COVID-RED’s algorithms provide real-time feedback and recommend users self-isolate and/or seek testing if changes from baseline parameters are detected.

Ava COVID-RED is for use only in the COVID-RED clinical trial, which has received funding from the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Join Undertaking (JU) under grant agreement No 101005177. The JU receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme and EFPIA. Only gets four out of five as the app does not allow for syncing the data collected during a study with Apple’s Health app on the iPhone.
