The Avanti Business Ticketing app allows users to access and activate train tickets on their mobile device. With an Avanti Business Account you can also book your travel on the go.
All mobile tickets downloaded to the Avanti business app need to be activated on the date of travel.
As a registered business user, you should log into the app using your Avanti Business website credentials. Once logged in you will be able to view all your mobile tickets and activate them on your day of travel. In addition you will be able to view the references for your Ticket on Departure bookings to ease collection at the station and view your expired, valid and future bookings for all collection methods.
As a non-registered user, you can log into the app using an M-ticket code. If a mobile ticket has been booked for you, you will receive an email with a unique M-ticket code, which you will need to enter along with your email address to log into the app. Once logged in you will be able to view and activate your mobile ticket.

Worst app ever!
This app is crap! Take ages to open and worst is that your tickets are suppose to be stored here however can happen that they mess up and tickets are not assigned to your account or the ticket is there but simply won’t open it and you will be let alone stressed as hell as virgin staff don’t recognise their business account and won’t let you board the train.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
