Avast Secureline VPN + Proxy 4+

Great app. I also have on my iPhone and laptop. I’m a big fan of avast and use over other devices due to it’s simplicity and reliability. I’ve only ever had one issue where app was negatively effected by an update, however this was rectified within a few days and fix provided. The interface is simple, fast learnability, and user friendly. Just install the profile as instructed, select your sub and then select the connection via the app and that’s you connected. No need to configure anything for yourself. I have used avast products for over 2 years now and other than the afore mentioned and one other issue where the VPN dropped out twice in one day (only on iPad) I have had nothing to complain about. Thanks Avast for speedy fix and a great product.

I do like Avast software, it works well and what I have installed on my laptop does not eat resources like Kaspersky for example. With the iOS VPN, From time to time you will notice that the VPN connection symbol has disappeared. Open the app and it connects in a second, almost as if it was connected all along, but it wasn’t because an advertisement just correctly told me which town I’m in. That’s how I noticed it was disconnected, I don’t know how long it’s been disconnected for. Not good enough for a product that is designed to protect my privacy. The desktop version seems to be fine, no complaints with that at all. The only other gripe I have with Avast is up-selling. When buying Avast ‘Premier’ I thought I’d paid for the full Avast software, but there always seems to be another up-sell. This might bring in revenue for you, but it feels sneaky and believe me - your customers do not like it. This is a shame because the software really is excellent, but regrettably I will switch to something else for both AV and VPN when the subscription ends

Here are steps how to do it: 1) Wait for the issue to appear 2) Open the SecureLine app 3) Tap the icon of "cog wheel" in the upper right corner to enter settings 4) In settings tap on "Help" 5) Right at the bottom tap on the blue "Contact Support" 6) Select the "Contact technical support" at the top 7) Enter your e-mail, describe the problem, make sure that at the bottom you attach the log file for analysis and "Submit" the ticket When we receive this additional information we can react properly. Unlike some other vpns I have used avast seems to remain connected and reconnects automatically when the phone restarts after the battery runs down it’s simple and has worked well for me on my phone and my son on his laptop and phone. When he came back from university after months away it was still running on both his phone and laptop the others I have used either disconnect or start asking again for the password or just start turning themselves on and off this is the best I have used install and forget about it.
