AVM Venezia Official App 4+

We tried to pay for cash on the bus (as they let us before) but the bus driver said no this time and told us to buy it on the app !!and said to get on the bus while we did this!!

The app phone verification didn’t work quickly (on foreign numbers they just send an email 15 mins later) and the ticket men had got on the bus within this time and fined us €56 euros for not having a ticket.

Absolutely disgusting.

This is my first ever review, I never write reviews because I believe them to be useless. After reading the unsatisfied reviews of this app I am very surprised.

The app works great, you need a 75 minute bus ticket because there are no tobacco shops or ticket offices nearby? No problem! In 30 seconds I bought the ticket, I don’t understand how people can be this stupid. This doesn’t claim to be a navigation tool, it’s just a ticket buying app.

My imaginary 4 year old autistic son could do it with one hand tied around his legs while a flock of birds are scratching away at him.

I really like this app as it allows me to have everything on my phone, I don’t carry a wallet anymore and being able to have my vaporetto pass available on my iPhone is a brilliant set up, I only wish it was integrated into the Apple wallet so I didn’t have to have the app open. Apple Pay would also be an excellent upgrade to pay for the tickets although This may not be possible for other reasons.
