Poor for ticket resale
A word of advice..if you have tickets on the app you cannot sell them anywhere else other than through their app as other ticketing sites do not except them unless you post up to 48 hours in advance. This is a problem as no one seems to know about their resale store. I have been trying to sell my Arianna Grande tickets for two days at face value. They are being snapped up on other sites yet remain untouched on their site. You get no statistics so you have no idea if anyone is looking at them or if they have sold any. Totally useless.
Finding this app very clunky
I’m new to this system, I’ll give you. I wasn’t impressed that the O2 was taking this step of basically excluding folk who didn’t have a smart phone from buying tickets for events at their venue (Welcome to London!). I have genuinely had to upgrade to a new smart phone in order to come to London to see my favourite sport! Not being able to access my tickets, I eventually found the number to ring for Customer Services where the disembodied voice faded in and out to the point of being indecipherable, not giving me the best experience or filling me with confidence in the service. Then, to find myself hanging on the line to speak to someone at AXS’s Customer Service for nearly 25 minutes (is that really good service?) to help me find my tickets on the app, I was not impressed, to say the least. In fairness, when I actually spoke to a CS representative, he was most helpful & we got there in the end. Unfortunately my experience of AXS so far hasn’t been the best. I guess it can only improve from here on....
Don’t expect your tickets to arrive!
*update 22-March : Received new email telling me tickets have arrived, went into the application and low behold the tickets are there. So it would seem this was a back end issue and nothing to do with the application, will rate again once I see if I can transfer tickets.
*update version 3.4.1 : Wow what a surprise, another version that still doesn’t resolve the issue missing tickets and orders. I’m really enjoying the beta testing on the public, Not!

Bought tickets in November 2018 and could only have them delivered via Flash mobile delivery, received an email last week saying my tickets had been loaded into app. Checked and not only were they not available, but my order is no longer showing! I phoned customer services Friday 1st and they said it will be "fixed" in next couple of days, a week later and this has not been resolved and no communication to persons impacted by the IT issues.
This application offers very poor user experience and given the issues AXS should go back to paper tickets and not force people to use an app that is clearly being beta tested by the public. All I want is the tickets for a concert and not hassle of dealing with customers services who just fob people off with it will be fixed.
