Poor App.
I love this app when it is working well but i am constantly having to uninstall/reinstall it. The pics don’t load, the info & pics don’t load, the whole thing freezes.
Also I would like to have more delivery items available, this is because stock checker isn’t available, understandably & very often I go into store with a basket full of wants only to find none are in stock.

Hi Trubloff. Just letting you know that we have released a fix as of today for the spinning ball and a crash issue that some of our users were experiencing. Please update your app. If you are still having technical issues, please email as at app@bmstores.co.uk and we will investigate it with priority.
App update is terrible
Used to love using the b&m app to find bargains but since all the changes and the limits on scanning items it’s awful.
Besides the limits on scanning, which is absolutely pointless btw - what fool thought that up? There’s also the issue with repeatedly signing in. The app kicks me out so frequently it’s just useless now. I’m signing back in every five minutes. The barcodes won’t scan, the app just lags and takes about ten minutes to register or come up with an error message.
Whoever ruined the app has no business working in IT. There was nothing wrong with it before the so-called improvements.
Hey here’s an idea - put it back to how it was before and if you want to make an improvement, let it be that the 10p items scan rather than say they can’t be found.

In order to ensure you have the very latest App please download the App from the App Stores and try again. We have launched a new app few months ago and your problem should have been fixed already.

Tiverton Store
I bought 12 packs of adhesive tiles from barnstaple store. Needed 5 more. Unfortunately, B&M do not have a facility to check store stock After friends and myself checked out Bideford, Cheltenham and Exeter stores with no luck I turned up at Tiverton. I found David, a very helpful employee who took the time to check stock in the warehouse where he found after moving 3 pallets - 8 boxes. You have no idea how happy I was as I had almost given up hope and conceded to return what I had to get my money back.
B&M you have an amazing employee in Tiverton!
