Fail to get device information

I have two B1w units in my car I bought a third unit for my son but I can’t connect to App , I can connect to dash cam via Wi-Fi but opening the app and connecting it says can’t get device information ? Can you fix this none of the cameras can connect I assume this is caused by incompatiblity to latest iOS version.

Brilliant dash cam and easy to use app, videos take a little while to download from the device but nothing crazy and will only take a few minutes! Very happy to have bought this product

Lacking key features

The dash cam itself is good, picture is clear and it is easy to set up. However the app is lacking in important features, such as being able to pause or rewind footage. If you want to see a particular section of video, you have to play it from the start of that ‘chunk’ which could be 3-5 minutes and isn’t skip able. Disappointing. A better app would make this the ideal dash cam.
