I love this app but one thing that is annoying is the fact you have to wait a whole 24 hours to get only 1 credit! I think if you either reduced the time to get credits to be either a few hours or make it so you get 2 credits instead of one after the 24 hours. 👍🏼

I got a refund for 2 different subscriptions. I bought a lifetime subscription first, because I thought I was going to use this quite a lot. When the app told me the subscription was somehow EXPIRED, I immediately went to e-mail the “support service”. No reply. I then e-mailed them TWICE more without a single reply other than “We’ll get to you within 24 hours”. You didn’t, did you? I then tried an actual SUBSCRIPTION, paying for only 1 week. THAT DIDN’T WORK EITHER. HOW DO YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT WORK??? Good thing I got refunded both of the payments. I’m not paying over £60 for absolutely nothing. I’d give it -5 stars if possible. And don’t bother replying to my review, telling me to contact you. I DID. You had your chance. Thanks for wasting my time.

Edit: I just knew I would get that exact response. I seriously feel like this entire app is ran by the world’s worst AI, never mind any humans. Pull your fingers out and focus on your support service if you want any hope of me using your products. Or better yet, MAKE USABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS. PATHETIC.

I recently subscribed to the “Bangers” app for £6.99, expecting access to its features. However, I was disappointed to find out that additional purchases were necessary to use the app. This critical information was not disclosed at the time of subscription, which I find highly misleading.

The lack of transparency about the true cost of using the app is concerning. It’s not just about the additional expense, but about the principle of clear and honest communication. Users should be informed upfront about all potential costs associated with an app.

Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been overshadowed by this lack of clarity. I feel that potential subscribers should be aware of this before they decide to invest in this app.
