You can show your membership card on your phone and keep track of how many visits you have left.

Other features within the app include:
- A full list of the available lounges, spas, nail bars and restaurants and how to find them.
- Information on what visits you’ve used and how many free visits you have left.
- Ability to purchase more visits.

I have no problem with the app though it would be useful to have the facility to save the DragonPass card to wallet. Don’t always have access to internet until actually in the lounge and not sure you could access the card via the app without internet.
Would also be useful to maybe call the app DragonPass so as to link it to actually what it is

Useful App

I also found that like most apps sometimes they crash. Instead of moaning on here I thought of a couple of things to try to fix it and on my first attempt was successful. Simply by deleting the app and reinstalling it I was able to log in again and now enjoy full access again. As for the background location, I simply switched it off as I don't need it as I'm sure I'll know which airport I'm in and be able to search manually if required. I'm sure as well that most of the bad reviews are from people who are trying to use the app who aren't eligible and so will never be able to access it until they pay for the privilege like everyone else who is eligible.

A bad app for a product that is Misold by Barclays

I have waited for over 2 years for the problems with this app to come to an adequate solution that is of customer benefit, but I can not report ROH confidence that Barclays are mid-selling their travel plus pack as something that is suitable for regular travellers.

I can assure Barclays that an app that hangs, crashes or cannot login and provide lounge staff with your membership number on almost every occasion is simply not acceptable in 2018, and with lounge access being an item that may tip the balance towards their product, I can also report that not all lounges listed on the app indeed accept Dragonpass. (Seoul’s Incheon Airport Lounges as an example).

Unreliable, slow and completely inaccurate information render this app, and therefore the Dragonpass Barclays partnership product, useless on all fronts.
