Update has broken rotation on IPads
This app has always worked well for Barclays colleagues, but recent update when using on iPad in landscape mode, app and links open in portrait orientation! Please fix very annoying as have to physically flip iPad from landscape to portrait back to landscape again after every link press! Other than that good app and keep up the good work. Thank you!
Update required
Have done the update and now the app won’t open, says update required and takes you to the App Store. Once there only option is to open as the app is already updated. Needs fixing please
Functional, just. Not a good experience
I use it because it does functionally work in most cases, but everything it does, it does poorly.
Particularly irritating is not clearing notification badges when I’ve seen the notification.
