What’s with the 10 second skip
On the app you can skip 15 secs at a time, however on the fire stick app you can ONLY SKIP 10 seconds at a time. And if I get called away half way through a event and try to rewatch when I left off, it take forever to get back to I left the action. Unless this change, you won’t get a another sub from me. It will be bye bye time.
Disappointing
This app isn’t fit for purpose, all members were logged out and unable to log back in before the live event, now the replay is unwatchable due to the cheap servers they use. The design of the archived content is also very amateur.

Yes, we have had issues over the first 4 months of our app and work hard to resolve them when they arise. Recently we have had no issues for the live events and hope that you have been able to watch!
