- Luck of the Draw scenario repaired for Multiplayer. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to fix Luck of the Draw games that are already desynchronized
- Axis pre-dawn turns spelling corrected.
- Plane incidental sounds will only be heard during clear weather days.
- Combat previews longer show 2 retreat chances next to another.
- Camera controller improved.
- Settings language selection will no longer overlap the close button.

Playable on iPhone 5

The bad first: The second save slot in AI games doesn't work, the AI is still severely lobotomised, the graphical interface menus on reinforcements allocation and battle results prediction are sometimes out of whack, the airplane sound is still on far too early, and the crucial impulse count on the in game menu is all blank. On the upside, it's finally playable, and it's good to be back in the virtual Ardennes. Sadly, the game is still only a shadow of it's former glory but give it another six months and we might be back from where we started. For now, I don't mind winning. It was a badly botched port to begin with (instead of the promised update) but at least the developers are still trying to fix it. Keep up the good work!

What am I missing?

I bought the game because of all the rave reviews but I must be missing something. I played the small scenario as Germans as a learnign experience and got a draw and then played the large scenario. I won on my first attempt in less than half the time I had allocated. I wasn't doing anything clever and dont understand the combat mechanics l yet, so was surprised to win so easily. So then I thought maybe its tougher as the Allies so I switched sides. Playing as the Allies I didnt actually do anything as the AI made a few moves and then just kept passing on its turn and so lost as it had to attack and capture objectives, which it failed as it never attacked. I was very disappointed. The look and feel are very nice and the multiplayer may be great but as a single player experience (which is the only way I have time to play currently) there just doesnt seem to be much game here at all. I finished it in a couple of hours one afternoon. There is only one map and one real scenario and once you play that there is nothing left to do. With decent AI and more maps it could be really good - I'm not looking for a genius opponent, just someone to fight against. Hopefully they'll address it in an update but for now this is a disappointment and I'm going back to Battle Academy.

Broken hypocritical promises

I had the shendoah version and when slitherine bought them you got this version free - full marks well done. But I bought it with the brilliant Moscow game too - Kerching - that will be a whole new purchase - but you don't have to upgrade because it will be fine until IOS 11 when it becomes a dead icon - I asked them to escalate it and they did refused point blank - Don't give these charlatans your business.
