Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Digital is best
I had purchased hard copies from the supermarket and stored them, never to retrieve them and refer to articles I wanted to read again.
So glad I chose the digital version. It's just as good to read although like all digital versions of any magazines, you can't always get offers or supplements. Just go online for offers!
Now I have my versions to hand at anytime and will probably get the back versions too. Well written by famous names and many articles are for average size gardens not just the supersize gardens many magazines seem to portray.
I would like to have access to the Secret Garden offers. Like other users, I’m questioning why I cant receive this.
Customer Service is terrible.
I’ve been emailing immediate Media since the previous last update, I’ve lost all my magazines, they have copy and pasted me emails to avoid answering my questions, told me to go the apple store to resolve my issues (I subscribe directly through immediate media) they even told me to go and talk to Tesco as years ago I swapped Tesco vouchers for a subscription. Been told out right I have no subscription but I have proved that I have and have been reading them up until October 2018. Unfortunately still no resolution, this magazine was such a pleasure to me and still would be if this could be resolved......
Still no resolution, needed the magazines for coursework so downloaded the new one to keep me going while the issue is resolved and was surprised with the new look, personally i don’t think it’s as pleasurable to read, there’s no option to be able to view it the old way and the secret garden doesn’t work.
What a shame. ☹️ star rating is now the lowest I can give it.
Just to sum up, its been over a month now and my emails are now being ignored.
It’s now February the 17th 2019 and now I’m just being ignored. Still no resolution, still lost a year or so magazines.
8 months now, still no resolution deleted app, dealt with losing over a years magazines, now gone back to the paper magazine. I really love GW and hate having to give this company my money but also hate not being so environmentally friendly. Shame on you Immediate Media

Disappointed and cross
I was happy with the earlier digital version - it downloaded quickly and the bookmark facility worked well for me - better than cutting out pages from the mag!
However, the end of last year they did an update supposedly to make it work better as a mobile app. DISASTER!!! All the issues I had downloaded were no longer in my library, but worst of all, all my bookmarks were lost. AND I have tried downloading issues and after an interminable amount of time, they get as far as 99% and then start again! So not only can I not download current issue, but I’ve lost access to all the issues in my library.
I’ve contacted Support numerous times but have had no help from them at all. I’ve asked for a refund and have received a deathly silence.
I shall not be renewing, and sadly want nothing further to do with Gardeners’ World Magazine in any format.
