BBTracker 4+

Bought this watch and downloaded the app. Can not make an account with them since app constantly reports ‘network error’ even logging on via Facebook reports that ‘the app is still in developer mode’. Truthfully this is lazy work from the devs and they should really check there work before rolling this kind of train wreck of an app out to general public. Now stuck with a watch that you can’t set time or date by and deleted the app coz that’s the only exercise I’m getting out of it. Shoddy work devs and can’t comment on the watch as I can’t use it lol. Connected to the Bluetooth though.

I would rate zero stars but I can’t. Sliver lining and all I guess.

Won’t let me make an account. It keeps saying ‘network error’ when my internet is perfectly capable with every other device and app. Please can you fix this because I need to be able to tell the time on it and I need to connect my phone with the app first. And I can’t because it won’t let me create and account. So please can you fix this. It would be much appreciated. Thank you.

This App, which the watches instructions suggest to download from AppStore (BBtracker), does not work. Search for ‘In Tech 9026’ in the AppStore instead and this will work perfectly. When you have downloaded the app, you will see a small watch icon in the top right of the screen. Select this and you will be able to pair to your watch. Ensure your phones Bluetooth is on and discoverable.
