Beach Buggy Racing 2 12+

This is the best game out of the way too many games I have and like it is super a fictive I literally just started playing and I can’t stop. This game is worryingly addicting One thing tho, On the sandy tracks (and there are a lot of em) can you make the breaking smoke come out developer please I beg. And also can there be like other free cars and bikes please thanks. Ps sorry this is so long I just love this game and I only played like 16 minutes of it. MAKE BB RACING THREE PLEASE!!!!!! In this house we have been a long standing fan club of Vector Unit games. We were wondering if there would be a new Beach Buggy update coming as we have enjoyed playing the series for the last decade, until finally BBR2 came out. However, disappointingly, Vector Unit have decided to follow the grand many games companies have now decided to move away from: the unreasonable Fremium trend of forcing kids to spend unreasonable amounts of money on loot boxes. What made the Beach Buggy series great was that they weren’t doing this, and that a one-off purchase to unlock multiplayer mode was enough, but sadly now they have completely stuffed this game full of fremium IAP’s, most of which was stuff that was already in the other Beach Buggy games for free. So far we haven’t found enough new content to replace BBR1 with BBR2, and due to its lack of console port are likely to go back to BBR1 and forget this version, which is a shame.

I’m very disappointed at Vector Graphics to have taken the stance of manipulating younger players into spending money right as the world news is putting a spotlight on the unethical implementation of fremium content in front of our kids. The one company which long had my respect for ethics has joined the unethical bandwagon just as other companies have sensibly started moving away from it.

Was very excited to discover a sequel to BBR, as it had me hooked and I spent many hours progressing through the game, championships, challenges, levelling up through the carts etc. This new version doesn’t seem to have any of that it’s just race after race with no real feeling of progression. Levelling up seems to make no difference as everyone else levels up at the same time.
Game wise there are a few new tracks and some nice new power ups and characters but it is largely the same circuits as was in beach buggy racing 1. The other thing that detracts from the playability in my opinion is that instead of racing against the set of computer opponents the game claims you are racing against other players from the community, I don’t want that to be the default, I would rather have been racing against the games characters with increasing difficulty as in the first game.
I guess ultimately the reason for the low score is that as the next game in the series this could have been an amazing game if they had just remade beach buggy racing 1 with new tracks and added the new power ups and carts and characters. This game is just random race after race and no real feeling of getting anywhere. If you haven’t played beach buggy 1 then this is a perfectly enjoyable game, but if you have then was a bit of a disappointment.
