Has been great!
Have been using it for a year or so, and it has been working well, but in the last week or so it has failed to work at all, which just leaves you standing at the checkout looking like a lemon waiting for some connection to happen. Good to see that all the Costa now have terminals.
Very slow a glitchy
I have had numerous problems from day one with the app. It would often say make your way to a Beam location even though stood in front of terminal. I have had to reinstall 5 times. Today was the first time I have used it in 3 months and the transaction took 4-5 mins to process. Much better. Even works on my IPhone X

Disappointed
I was quite happy when I first found this app as a replacement for an old one that has been discontinued. But it seems like each time I to try to use it, it stops my schedule before even one activity has been completed. When I go back into the app, it’s like I didn’t even start the schedule to begin with, making it useless to me (and I know I started it because I marked several things as “complete”.)
