Helping hands

Forgetfell
A lot of informative articles from people who have been through this awful disease which helps others in similar situations to get their heads round things, to expert advice which again helps to alleviate concerns not take them away but helps in a way to learn to live with it without giving false hope but learning to be positive to forge ahead at our on individual pace, we are all different and reading other peoples experiences helps with this as there is always light at the end of every tunnel, thanks BECCA and all the lovely volunteers who help out.

A mine of information providing serious detail and sympathetic support strategies. I look at it most days for the daily tips and use it to research more in depth topics. It answers all those difficult questions about what treatment entails and how to deal with it. Just occasionally it freezes but that is usually easily dealt with by clicking out and back in.

Really useful App. I found it such a help as I was really struggling with my emotions but couldn’t put them into words to explain. I related to others experiences so much that I just showed them to my husband and said “this is how I feel too” both had a good cry and he now understands better. Thank you so much

This app is great for helping you feel more positive after the shock once treatment ends and while dealing with side effects and recovery. Lots of great ideas and advice for female patients.
