Super helpful
I needed this app for two reasons:
1) my posture is terrible! I need something to remind me every ten mins or so to sit up and put shoulders back. I can already see a difference.
2) I am doing an integrity cleanse, it beeps every 30 mins and I have to check what I saying is entirely true to me.
Super easy to use and excellent results.
Feedback:
I would like it if the length could be set in hours as well as seconds and minutes too. If there was a way to integrate set times that would be amazing - eg: 10 min beeps between 10am and 6pm, I can’t see that in there but maybe I haven’t looked hard enough :)
Great workout app
I thought Apple may have included this in to their Stopwatch feature by now, lucky for us we have this app! You can dial in the time and loop it for workouts, give rest time and an alarm sounds when the dialled time is up, so far i love this app 💪🏼
Just What I Need
I didn’t even know there was a version 2 until someone asked what they’d seen me using last weekend; V1 of course. Cleaner interface, more featured… what’s not to like?! My new gym buddy, right until V3 comes out.
