Absolutely rubbish app
Please DO NOT use this app in UAE if you are a tourist or a customer from UK Ireland or anywhere else in EU once your start the subscription the steam just doesn’t work . Specially on a hotel wifi . If them try to cancel subscription there is no help and it just doesn’t work from outside MENA and won’t let you cancel your subscription , it won’t even recognise you . Absolute rubbish company taking your money I am amazed how these con artists are getting away with this probably because very loose regulations in the UAE to hold them accountable . Never ever use this service
Very unreliable
App regularly gives technical error messages. Very frustrating. Glad I just signed up for 1 month ! BeIN - please sort it out.
There is a suspicion you are not paying for enough licences to provide service to all the people paying for a subscription when they all want to watch high profile sport like Premier League etc. If so, that’s really not fair !!
