Done the usual registered, company name etc, opened the app, ref number for external loyalty app…looks good, skip that, then what brand you installing…drop down look for the manufacture (Rinnai) and it’s not to be found, there is the main stream big names Vaillant, Baxi etc but there is a hell of a load more manufacturers out there, Wolf, ACV, Rinnai, Daikian, Keeston and more and you can’t add them….so the app is no bloody use, a well back to pen and paper until they add a lot more manufactures or they allow us to add them manually.. let’s hope you can print off the benchmark when you get through all the fill in boxes…so rubbish at the moment but has the potential

What is going on started doing digital as well as in the book and it’s nothing like the book unable to find reference number for external app(what is that). Go to add appliance scan appliance and button doesn’t work, find address doesn’t work so have to manually add it. Got to screen with water meter fitted and can’t go forward after selecting items. This really needs improving if manufacturers delete the benchmark page in manual. I am all for technology and helping to make life easier but it has to work, it’s no good developing software to help with job but come on don’t make it harder life is hard enough

This app needs a massive update. It currently doesn’t populate auto-fill details correctly , doesn’t support auto-generated strong passwords, won’t recognise my company name, won’t accept a mobile number in ios spacing format without cropping numbers.No idea what the app is like, as it won’t let me past the registration! If this was a beta version I’d say “room for improvement” but to launch it as it is, is pretty poor. As for the 5 stars? I doubt they’re real, just look at all the 1 stars?

It was a headache from the very start, after taking an age to register with the calamity of not supporting any company name that wasn’t limited and nobody picking up the phone to help, the first 2 times baxi and ferroli support said forget it!To give it a second chance this morning, all the way through to accept and viola, can’t save it, can’t accept it…..can’t be bothered with it !
