Support, what support ?
I bought the phrase book in June and downloaded the app to my phone. I upgraded my phone with Apple last week and the purchase didn’t transfer across. I’ve emailed the Berlitz email address from their website and it fails to deliver. I’ve also emailed the support address in the app but get no response whatsoever from them. Truly appalling. The app itself is bland and would only be helpful in an absolute emergency. I’ll stick to the physical book in future. For such a well known brand, their lack of engagement is shocking

Absolute disgrace, 4 weeks later after another beginning email to them and just no reply at all. Apple should remove the app from its store

As with others I have found that the codes given in the books for free downloads / apps don’t work
Brilliant
It worked and was very easy to understand and is very helpful and is a very good teacher and makes awesome quizzes and makes the answers easy to remember and has a dictionary Which has words that are not random and is very understandable
