The year is 1884 and Victorian London is ready for the greatest Adventure ever told.
A wonderfully whimsical Point and Click game - A Bleaker Predicklement is a story driven detective adventure with over 60 scenes.
Can you solve the puzzles and help Bertram Fiddle finally track down the despicable Geoff the Murderer?
Explore dark alleys, talk to suspicious characters, uncover the evil plot that threatens Victorian London in this comedy murder mystery like no other.
A beautifully animated Adventure Game, fully Voice Acted and filled to the brim with gloriously detailed artwork and terrible, terrible puns.
Inspired by Hammer Horror, Sherlock Holmes, Dickens and Monty Python, it may be the most British game ever!
"A Bleaker Predicklement is the greatest adventure of 1884" - The Evening Burble
"The game has done a perfectly Adequate job capturing the charm of the first game, only on a much bigger scale. As I unlock more of the story, I’m continually surprised and delighted." - Appunwrapper.com
"If you enjoy puzzlers, this is definitely for you. The quirky voices and music fit the game perfectly, but the most noticeable thing is Bertram's strange nose - I'm assuming it's this large nose that helps him sniff out the clues." - Oksana Ryan, Pocketgamer.co.uk

I love these games and am a fan of episode 1 but I’m finding episode 2 to be very glitchy. I’m currently stuck at the glowing hands section and Bertram simply won’t engage with the environment. I was really enjoying it up to this point. However, I really don’t want to have to start over again and I’ve been reading reviews where you have to do certain actions just to get the game to progress as it should be doing anyway. It’s really frustrating and would put me off getting the next episode. Please fix!
Too many bugs poorly patched
I really enjoyed the first one, but this one is a shambles; phantom dialogue when the characters aren't there, the meat mini game hasn't been reconfigured for touch screens so it just doesn't work, and worst of all - the latest patch.
Like most I'm stuck in the Manor at chapter 5 and I can't get out of the parlour. The solution requiring me to start the game again is a baffling one. Right now I'm not willing to replay the first four chapters having so recently played through them, so the ending of the game will have to wait until I feel interested enough to replay the whole game.
I didn't really like the first game in terms of how I perceive a point and click adventure so my first disappointment was a failure to really improve upon any issues I had.
It lacked any application of logic and there were no puzzles as such. There were moments when I was walking around trying everything in my inventory on absolutely everything and when something worked it there was no light bulb moment.
The bugs were irritating. No mouth movement when talking and the game randomly closed.
