A few annoying bugs
When betting on races Back button doesn’t take you back to where you were or race lists so you have to reselect horse racing from the main menu every time. It goes back temporarily then returns to exactly where you were... infuriating!
Would be handy to be able to move from race to race in time order (all courses together) rather than by one course at a time as you keep having to return to horse racing menu to select next race.
Dreadful and full of issues
This app is in desperate need of a makeover. Every time you click in a market to look at the odds it crashes and when you close it down you have to log back in each time which is a pain. Another problem is when you sometimes select a market (e.g. goal markets) and select one it doesn’t drop down to show you the odds especially if you have already got a bet on that market. Consequently cashing out is a real issue and I have lost money purely because of these faults. Betfair is far better so please fix otherwise I will be using that instead.
Basic app ok but tedious to log in
Ok as a basic app but not as good as Betfair. Worst part of this is it's tedious to log into as does not remember any details. Need Touch ID and PIN access for speed and Apple Pay for quick deposits. Needs to do better if I an going to use it regularly instead of Betfair.
