They layout is nice & simple to use. Very intuitive. First bet bonuses given instantly after qualifying bet was settled so that was nice as some places take up to a week to give you the bonus. But my word is the logging out thing an issue. Open the app, log in, build a bet up, go to look at bet, for some reason have to log in again, go to deposit money for the bet, put amount in and press submit “you have to log in first”, get frustrated, close the app, calm down and open the app again, log in. Please just let us use Face ID and don’t make me log in every time I press a button. Other than that no complaints.

I’ve written a previous 5 star review for this app. I loved it. Loads of offers, spin the wheel but best of all, a 100% profit boost every day. It was only £5 max but I thought it was fantastic and it gave you the option for some fun bets at a low stake. This boost has now gone and , sadly, so have I , back to Bet365 which has better odds for the same bets as well as offers like early pay outs for two goal leads. Also verifying my payment methods has proved a right pain, I still haven’t verified my PayPal though I have sent what was needed several times. I’m sad cause I loved this app, it was a breath of fresh air and I will return if the bet boost does ( it’s only a fiver gents, come on ) . Prepare for a five star review when it does !

Downloaded the app for the free £60 in bets. That went ok, not the easiest thing to find the free bets but got there eventually. Then the app just kept crashing, wouldn’t load, crash again and again and again. Then I bet on the first race today at Cheltenham and lost, so expecting my money back as a free bet, still waiting! It expired tomorrow so not holding my breath. So I try to contact them and I am in a queue of 450 people on live chat!!!!! Don’t offer the world and then not deliver because you clearly don’t have the technology to handle this amount of customers or the staff to pick up the pieces! Actually ruined my last couple of days, which are normally great, because we all love Cheltenham.

Registered with these because their welcome offer sounded great. It is great, until you try and use it. I placed my four bets, which had a mediocre outcome, and withdrew most of my winnings. Then logged back in the following week, to discover they had banned me from all future promotions. Spoke to them on live chat to ask why promotions aren’t showing, and they said I’m not eligible as they are for ‘recreational users only’. What does that even mean? I only gamble once in a while, so how could I be considered anything but a recreational user?

In short, don’t bother accepting their welcome offer, because they’ll penalise you for doing so.

After a couple of weeks of using the App, I was quite happy with things ie payouts were quick and I just played live blackjack so cannot comment on anything else. After 2 weeks of playing I was understandably asked for ID so I’ve provided passport, proof of address, debit card and even linked my account to my bank. Nearly 2 weeks later my account is under review and I cannot withdraw MY deposited money and every time I contact them via Livechat (as their don’t take calls) I’m told they cannot give me a timeframe. So I cannot use the Site nor can I withdraw my money. These guys hold you to ransom. Avoid at all costs

I warn you do not put any money into this app, I sign up and claimed the promotional sign for the free bets. Only had to bet £10 and I did yet refused to give me the promotion, ended up having to bet £50 before receiving anything.
After doing this I won £150 and went to withdraw the money and everytime this app said pending withdrawal so I waited 4 days, after this app didn’t deposit the money in the my account for it only to put it back in my pot on the app so I tried again and it did the same thing again, this app only lets you deposit and never lets you withdraw.

Welcome bonus is great and paid out quickly. Disappointed with the market choices for Cheltenham. Very limited to win or forecasts. Nothing like places, insurance, tricasts etc. Biometrics also do not work so cannot set up Face ID to log in. There are no stats available for any football to make some educated bets against. There are a lot of leagues available to choose from though. Overall, Not bad but could be better. I feel like it’s more aimed at casino players than sports betting.

Out of all the apps there are to bet on, do not choice bet mgm. Every single time you open the app you get logged out. If you have a bet builder on a player to score for an example,and he doesn’t start but he scores when he actually gets subbed on, the bet is voided. Bet on messi to score and you didn’t know he’s on the bench he gets subbed on and scores, but guess what. IT DOESNT ACTUALLY COUNT. You predicted correct but they refuse to pay you. Customer service is terrible you can’t even phone them and speak to an actual person. If it’s possible I would give it a 0 seriously

Since the ap did the update it seems they have removed in play stats for football matches.
I have asked repeatedly if this has been removed but never get a straight answer.
I’ve been told repeatedly that I need to clear the CACHE on my device and try using other devices. After doing this keep getting told I’ve not tried other devices which I have (iPhone, samsung & laptop) and please send 2 screen shots of the issue which I can’t do because I can’t access the In play stats page.
I can’t place in play bet with out the match stats so haven’t placed any for a while and won’t unless it can be sorted.
There is an event page but this only tells u about corners, cards and goals no actual stats like attacks, percentages or shots on goal.
If it has been removed probably just close the account as most of my bets are in play and can’t place it with out
