Great potential, but the app is just a little frustrating to use. For example, there’s no auto login option so every time you want to check your acca you will have to retype your password every time. In addition, the games don’t load (or at least take a very long time as I didn’t have the patience), and also when setting up your acca you if you select a match, you can’t go back (using the back arrow that is) and instead you have to go right back to the home page and select the sport again and so fourth. It occasionally freezes too which is a problem (I am using iPhone 11). Also nowadays most bookies are now doing “instant withdrawals” these days, so if you can implement that too, would be great. Other than that, it’s a great app. The odds can be quite generous and the support is fantastic and fast. I’m not sure how new this app is, but if you are fairly new then it’s a good start, just needs to keep up with the rest of the bookies out there.

App seems good, good coverage of markets to bet on, withdrawals are fine I’ve done three now and they come in pretty fast, I’m sure the negative reviews are based on people losing money. Few things that are a bit irritating is that they have a “max stake” on certain bets, I’ve wanted to place £10 trebles and they basically say the max you can bet is £5.33 for example, Another thing is every time you close the app it logs you out, irritating logging back in everytime, seem fair with promotions and app runs smooth while using. Will use this as my main bookmaker from now on. Also have cash out which is a bonus.

The app logs you out for no apparent reason. Cashing out can glitch so when it finally works the cash out amount has reduced - this happened to me a final time when it kept glitching and when it finally worked I found that while the cash out was “processing” a goal had been scored that would have won my bet.This should not happen as usual betting apps would have either cashed out properly initially, or cash out would have been suspended (as when a goal is scored) meaning I would have won the bet.Incidentally if you are doing an acca and for example all but one match has won, if you try to cash out bit there is a goal scored in one of the matches that has already won, this can suspend the cash out meaning the cash out amount reduces (sometimes you lose the option entirely) until that other match has become unsuspended. This shouldn’t happen for a line already marked as “won” on an an acca.

I asked their support team about a bet type and they were very fast and loose about the odds and returns - I asked for clarification a number of times as they were saying things that were not true. The agent tried to explain his answers but he was struggling - and then he went quiet (as he was clearly trying to double down on previous answers to hope to bluff it out) - this is very worrying for their customers when their Team seem confused about their bet types, odds and returns - basic stuff for a bookie! Will not join Bet UK until they train their staff better Let’s see if Bet UK developers ask me to contact customer services …that will be hilarious - please contact our team who are clueless to sort out that they are clueless!!!
