beurer HealthManager 4+

21 September 2020 - updated to iOS 14 and app won’t work at all now - keeps crashing out and NO BLUETOOTH connectivity at all with scales. Spent 3 days trying to contact customer support but no response at all. Deleted and reinstalled app but no change - just won’t work at all or stay loaded long enough to send error report. Silence from company about problem is really frustrating.

30 August 2018 - The new app is AWFUL - how do I get the old one back???? It was SO much clearer, dots for each day, landscape graph of weight loss which showed my massive achievement with SlimmingWorld losing over 20 kilos. Now no scale, dates or data points - I need the old one back please so I can take screenshots - this is RUBBISH- enough to trash my scales and buy the ones that link to my Fitbit. HORRENDOUS HORRIBLE HATE IT The old version was a lot better and made a joy of weighing yourself daily and showed clear progress - I just want to cry now they have done this and I have lost the old version with its super clear display

This app is absolutely useless, it tells you to send info over to the beurer HealthManager pro but then tells you to log in (but I was already logged in) but I went through the process or rather I tried to but tapped log in and put my details in and it came up doesn’t recognise user details please input valid details, so I tried forgotten password feature and put my email address in and it came up with an error has occurred please try again later, so I went on the new app and it comes up with a synchronising scales notice at the bottom of the screen and then changed to an error had occurred and that’s as far as I’m ever able to get it’s really frustrating and completely useless the only thing that works is the scales it’s self and that’s it, the apps just don’t work at all if I could give minus stars I would rate it a minus 5 stars

I try the triple measurement feature to track my blood pressure but it is almost impossible to get it to take three measurements from my Beurer blood pressure monitor before. It transfers them fine but they don’t appear in the triple measurements? Why not? It doesn’t work when the clock on the device has drifted (which it does) but even if you set it to match your phone it will still only show the transferee values sometimes? My blood pressure goes through the roof with the stress of using this app, lucky I don’t have more serious blood pressure problems as I can imagine this being very problematic for those who do.
