Find a bike, get on it and start cycling immediately, at the time you need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is the BiciPalma app. An agile way to rent, return and locate bicycles near you.
With our app you have everything in the palm of your hand: manage your customer account, redeem vouchers, find out what's new or give us your opinion. Select a bike to rent, enter the bike number or scan the QR code, and that's it! Simply select a suitable station to return to or the GPS will locate the nearest one for you.

Good start - plenty of room for improvement
I love the concept and the coverage of the scheme. However, the electric bike user experience specifically, is not there yet. It has been my experience that 50% of the time the electric bikes have issues with the power train and riding one of them without the electric aid is an adventure as they are very, very heavy. Teething problems? Perhaps, however I fear that if as me, you mostly signed up to use the electric bikes, if the issues are not addressed, you might not continue to use the scheme beyond the initial subscription.
A good app but room for improvement
Sometimes logs me out for no reason but in general easy to use and nice map
