Biconomy support were hugely proficient, and kept close contact to me regularly after I’d asked for help in retrieving tokens I’d improperly sent.
They resolved the issue in 3 days and retrieved all the tokens with no fee whatsoever. This is a massive improvement on other exchanges that have taken months to return tokens or whose customer service/support teams are next to non-existent.
