A retro-style point and click adventure game in space! Eat some sandwiches and save the galaxy!

Bik follows a young boy who is abducted by aliens while on a camping trip. After joining forces with two friendly alien mercenaries, Bik escapes from his abductors and tries to find his way home.

Along the way, Bik and his newfound friends outsmart hijackers, (eat some brownies), accept a perilous mission to find a missing alien, (make some sandwiches), foil a dastardly plot by an evil corporate empire, (argue with disgruntled robots), and save a planet on the brink of destruction.

"A charming adventure game throwback and well worth a play for fans of the genre."

"After all, it's one thing to make a game that looks retro, but it's another to make a game that's good and just happens to follow a classic aesthetic. Lucky for me, Bik is just such a game. "

"The dialogue is just superb in Bik, which always helps you invest in characters, and the standard is up there with Lucasarts or Sierra’s early efforts. This is not something I say lightly, having been initiated into the genre through Day of the Tentacle."
-Super Game Droid

"I opened up my inventory, clicked on a bottle of booze, and then clicked on a dog in the scene. 'Clearly Bik is in good hands for this adventure.' was the message displayed. At that early moment I was sure Bik was going to be a pretty good game.

"A good old fashioned wholesome adventure game...featuring lots of murder!"

Brilliant and nostalgic

If you like adventure games and appreciate a quirky sense of humour, then this is well worth your money. For those that remember the days when these graphics were the norm and remember the likes of Space Quest - you'll feel a warm fuzzy feeling in your tummy playing this, but without the associated frustration in tow - double win!

Not quite pixel-perfect, but close!

This is an amusing slice of retro pixel fun that, whilst highly enjoyable for the most part, is not quite perfect due to some gameplay and design decisions. For example, there are several* sections involving several* long treks back & forth across several* screens several* times (I'd recommend that you turn the walking speed up to max in the options). Another issue is that some of the items in your inventory look almost exactly the same in both their usable and unusable states (l'm looking at you, little brown stick!). I'm sure the latter issue will be quickly patched and the devs are clearly aware of the former issue, because there is a fast-forward button in some areas (why not all? Mayhap's they were in a rush to publish?). But it's still a great game and a much needed tonic to all the 'swing coptors' on the App Store.

*see what I did there?
The repetitive (and also very clever indeed, even if I do say so my self^) use of the word 'several' parallels the 'several' long walking sections in the game!
D'ya geddit?

^see what I did there?
By interrupting the main point that I was making, I was able to draw another parallel highlighting how the long walking sections can interrupt the flow of the game!
D'ya geddit? I am soo clever, don't cha fink?

Really enjoyed this, if you like indie games and point and click adventures this is right up your alley.

Great story line and the humorous elements are funny without seeming to try too hard.

Please make a sequel or another game like this!
