Full iPad Display Ver. is Region Locked
For anyone with the same issues I had (i.e. the app seems like an iOS version just running on an iPad that doesn’t take up even half the screen), the version that’s developed to work properly on iPad - 哔哩哔哩HD - is bafflingly region locked and some app stores don’t have it. You’ll need to access another region’s app store, e.g. mainland China, to get it.
The real name authorization
This made me delete the app all together, first of all I made a account a year ago or two with my phone number, and it was completely fine. I just login with my phone number.
But this year when I had to change my phone number, I couldn’t even change the number of my account because I needed to access my old phone number which I don’t have. So I had to make a new account.
Then after I finished making a new account, I left the app to do some stuff and came back with having to do this “Real name authorization” thing, so I clicked on it and you need a Chinese ID number to do this, which I don’t have. So now I can’t even access my own account since it wont let me in.
In short, don’t download this app, it’s a waste of time and energy, and you could get locked out of your account for something stupid.
