Not playable for people with small pockets

I have been playing the game for a few years and like others say to ever complete the charm sets you have to spend big so impossible to complete for me I even had 100 trillion levelled up hundred times over 1000 gold tickets didn’t even complete the gold puzzle or silver I play in a team where our main players must be spending hundreds of dollars/pounds a week and still not completing these charms or being able to keep there big banks for long also with the jp bonus u receive from others I have had 400 billion which would cost me around 15/20 pound to buy when receiving the jp bonuses don’t seem to win much and this is regular but when I pay seems to be a little better. I have decided not to buy chips anymore as no benefit to me anyway eventually u will lose revenue and probably won’t be profitable anymore but that will down to your own greed also never won one of the massive jackpots since playing my best win was 600x my bet I understand bigger jackpots are rare but when will I get one when I’m on my death bed. Should be better odds than real casinos as there is no personal gain oh well no more profit off me anyway to all who wanna play be careful in falling in the trap I did because what ever money you throw at it you will end up with no coins very quickly.

I have played this game for 6+ years and it pains me to say that this like many others has turned into a profit making machine I understand that it’s a business but the fun that was once there has all but vanished, the wins used to come thick and fast but now as a player you’re lucky if you hit a jackpot in a 12 month period whilst spending real money to try and continue playing charms were introduced so basically players have to complete themed charm sets and once completed you are then given chips as a kind of bonus the trouble is it costs you a fortune in chips to try and obtain charm packs and some sets as a player you just can’t complete. It’s advertised on promotions that you can buy packs of chips and charms and the packs will contain better charms well if it’s randomly generated then how do they as a company know what the charm packs contain? it’s misleading players to boost company sales players of this game simply do not want to buy chips or charms because despite the companies claims that you are buying packs that contain better charms in the hope you get that last charm to complete the set it never happens all you receive are duplicates. This was once a fantastic game but as stated the enjoyment due to company greed has completely vanished which is a real shame sort it out huuuge and revert back to the way things were.
