Good app
I like this app so much
Worst app n customer service ever
I subscribe 16 August by my Apple log in and paid £12 for 6 months. Can’t play a single series or movie /video anything. Left notes on app tried several time to contact with customer service. After 1 week tried got their line and they asked me to mail on robi (she gave me the mail). But 4days gone no response to fixed the problem or return my money. Worst ever. Just taking money that’s it. Fraud
Need to update login option
There is no login option, only shows “SignUp” option. I bought Premium offer from website but couldn’t login on iphone app. And there is a problem i tried to signup, the app shows sent OTP but never receive the OTP.
Now i feel i wasted my money and time.
I recommend please fixed the issue as soon as possible otherwise there is no point to invest money on this app.
I don’t recommend others to buy this app subscription until they fixed this issue.
