This is a really great, addictive game and I’ve enjoyed playing for a long time. I just have a couple of issues with it:
1. Levelling up - I’m over level 600 and still only get 20 cherries for each new level, it used to increase at significant levels but I’ve not had this for a long time
2. Ticket exchange - I’m given the option to watch an add to take time off for the free pull, but pressing the button does nothing and there is now no option to spend cherries to end the time
3. Scratch cards - there was a puzzle to complete on this to earn more prizes but there was only one and I completed this a long time ago, could you add more puzzles for the scratch cards please? I use this feature a lot and it would be a good incentive to use it more
Otherwise, this is a great game and I will keep playing!

By far the most annoying game. All these new gimmicks have taken the fun element from the game. No more scratch card and free videos to watch to receive a cherry or money. Instead you have these new inane methods to receive cherries. And you have to wait like 12hrs to receive 1 silly cherry. And the most annoying thing is, no matter how much I play the game and BUY cherries, I never ever win. Only ONCE have I won a bingo round and came 1st. Yet, on the left side, I can see others winning before the first round is even finished. Therefore I feel like there’s a glitch and it’s rigged to make you lose. That way you have to buy more cherries even though you have a greater chance to lose than winning. Get rid of the extra annoying gimmicks, provide better methods of receiving free cherries and not charge us for every little thing. And most importantly, stopping cheating us. How is it possible to lose more than you win? Even when my cards are practically covered, it’s like they purposely don’t say your numbers so you can lose. And no it’s not a game of chance. You guys have purposely rigged the app so people can lose. And I can see this is a common problem from other reviews. Ridiculous!

I love this game and play it daily.
It does get frustrating when you play daily and can only play one game - making the daily achievements impossible!!
Levelling up cherries don’t really reflect the levels your on - when it costs 54 cherries just to play 2 cards on a non mega win rate - 20cherries for levelling up does not really help.
Also the in app purchases are well expensive for what you receive.
As I said I do enjoy this game and will continue to play - I understand how it’s a game of chance - I just feel that some of the settings are not set for fair playing. Also the scratchers are pretty pointless once you’ve got the puzzles - maybe these could offer something more and set it back to being able to purchase more than 1 at a time.
