How do I join Bink?
1. Create a Bink account using Facebook, Twitter or your email address

3. Securely add your payment cards to auto-collect points every time you shop with select retail partners

Ratings and Reviews
Good but flawed
Nice app to keep your cards in one place. However the link account option works capriciously and keeps giving me errors for certain cards even though I checked multiple times that the credentials were right. The linking option also disappears after failed logins so you can't try again later without having to delete and re-add the card first. My biggest disappointment is that despite being advertised for automatic loyalty point collection the app only does so for Avios and only when you spend money at pizza express, so this function is extremely limited.
Developer Response ,
We are working on fixing these problems, if you'd like email email@example.com to be notified about when these are fixed! 👍 We’re working on getting more auto-collect retailers on board, the biggest being Morrisons, soon we’ll have Iceland and Virgin Atlantic on board as well! 😊
Iceland Bonus Card Not accepted, now nervous
While shopping in Iceland’s new Food Warehouse store before Christmas, I was given an Iceland Bonus card. The supporting information suggested the use of Bink, in fact Bink was all over the literature.
So, downloaded the app and registered. Then went straight to scan the Iceland bonus card, nothing happened. Moved to manually adding the card and was told the app doesn’t accept the Iceland bonus card. Couldn’t find Iceland in the list of loyalty schemes on the app.
The app looks promising, good added value against other digital wallet apps. However I’m very disappointed, can’t believe that Iceland are promoting the app and the app developers aren’t acknowledging that bonus card isn’t working, how many people like me have just given up! Makes me nervous about adding anything else to the app. Guys, you have a great platform, customer service needs to be pin sharp. Remember the Apple model on delivery.
Iceland not accepted on this
So more than pushed into using the card by Iceland till operator, in fact wasn’t even asked about joining, just added my total and thrust card at me. So bumf promotes Bink app as way to use this electronically so I download as advised. Not bad app but it seems Iceland aren’t available on their app and developers know nothing about Iceland joining them. Others seem to be having same issue which I find very strange so will be deleting this app as have no confidence in adding my other loyalty cards. Shame as could be a winner. 1 star only because I can’t give none ☹️☹️
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
