You probably already know NimbleBit. They’re the team behind Tiny Tower, Pocket Frogs, Disco Zoo and loads more breakout hits. But Bit City is special. It takes the pixel-styled gameplay of Tiny Tower and fuses it with hectic city management. With a few (thousand) taps, you’ll construct a sprawling metropolis, populating your city with cars, planes and boats. We love how we can always find one more thing to tweak, improve and grow.

Great game, but....

Before I get started, I need to tell you that I honestly really like this game. But, there are a few minor issues that can be changed. For instance, you should add a feature that allows you to rotate a building, without having to level it up to your desired position. Another thing is that when there are two- or more- cars near each other- and they have a tax coin or bux over their head- the coin or bux only gives you the amount for one, not two. Thirdly, if you tap the screen in a certain way, it zooms you off the map. Finally, you should lower the prices of special buildings. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this game to anyone. It is versatile, and entertaining.

One of my all time favourites (& no ads)

This is a casual game with nice progression. You can focus on making the city look pretty (ie the right buildings you want for that area) then head right back to building or upgrading knowing you’ve earned enough during that time (I would recommend constructing big buildings first as at the end their prices are very high). My only issue with the game is buildings only face two ways and there’s no way to rotate them, buildings facing roads above them will never face that road because of this. I think what the game needs is for the buildings to understand where the roads adjacent to it are and face towards them. Other than that, I have to say this game is, although in a way pretty basic, it is extremely entertaining. I have been playing on and off for about 4-5 years and am sure to revisit it many times in the future. Thanks devs, I appreciate all the games you make!
