Good app but the share extension doesn’t seem to work today, I’m getting a server error message. Opening the app to shorten the link works fine except the new link doesn’t show up in my account, even tho it got copied to my clipboard just fine. Maybe it’s shortening the link outside my account. Anyway, it’s generally a flaky experience. But I’ve used this service for many years and hope it gets better.

I’m using the web version at the moment and it works on MacOS in Safari but when I try to access my links in the iPadOS version of Safari the Bitly website is full of errors. I’d love to speak with customer support but they reserve that for the paid plans. I was planning to upgrade soon as my business grows but if their website doesn’t work properly this may not be convenient to my workflow. I’ll try this app and see if using it instead gives me access to what I need. Very annoying that there is no way to communicate with customer support and their ‘Help Center’ has nothing about what to do if their website is showing “ Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.” errors.
App is working! Why so many negative Reviews

This app is working fine for me. I copy a long link and it automatically paste it for me on the app. You can also click share on the link at share it to the app. When you do that it shortens the link and automatically copies it to the clipboard. What’s so bad about it???? I just don’t understand

Links doesn’t work today when sharing outside the app. Any idea ?
