Easy to use and safe.
I downloaded this after I’d been using coinbase for a while. Needed BitMart as some currency wasn’t available.
Some parts are quite confusing but once you get the hang of transferor g into it you can easily buy.
One con is I can’t tell how much fee is being charged until after the transaction.
Also always use every security feature. Two step and a authentication app.

Potential fraud: You may never get your funds out of BitMart
I downloaded this app to sell a cryptocurrency over two months ago. Registration allowed me to use UK as a resident. I then transfer the tokens, sell it and as I try to withdraw my USDT, my account is frozen.
I contact support and they said my wallet that I was withdrawing to was associated with a scam. This wallet is six months old and only ever been used a handful of times. I ask them to provide proof and till this day none. I have provided everything they need and they will kick the goal post forward.
They then say I should improve my security verification to level 2. I tried but then it says that the app is not for UK residents.
They have now moved the goal post to the address that I deposited funds into the wallet from. Asking me for all sorts of information that they can easily get from bitcoin mempool.
Meanwhile, not one evidence to prove what they have accused me of.
If you then comment about this in their telegram channel, it’s an instant ban.
My advise, use another exchange
Rubbish stay away!!
I opened an account with this lot, transferred my Ethuerem so that I can buy Saitama on BitMart, for some reason I was logged out and when I tried to log back in it kept on saying incorrect password even though it was the right one then I tried resetting my password but I never receive an email rest link, I emailed customer service twice, sent them a message on FB but they never replied and now I have my money locked up in their app!!! Disgraceful!!
